From June 1^st through the 9^th, we traveled from the Oswego Canal, into the St. Lawrence Seaway to explore the gorgeous Thousand Islands (where we were able to dock for a few days at the beautiful home of friends), then traveled up the Ottawa River transiting huge commercial locks, and continued until we were just shy of Montreal, where we took a hard right and after a few recreational locks arrived in Ottawa to the start of the Rideau Canal.
